		<description>A fireplace would take up a lot of space. If you are talking about a fireplace that burns wood, I would have to ask you why you would want something that causes a lot of ash dust in the very room you are trying to get clean in. Maybe a small natural or propane gas fireplace would be OK. Always check your local building codes also.</description>

		<description>Yea, I would say that it is best to get one refinished if you already have one. If you have to buy an old one, it may not be worth it depending on how much it costs.</description>
